Lead the effort to make it easier for Customer Service Reps to do their jobs. I was able to conduct extensive research, design a user journey which helped to increase customer service reps efficiency as well as provide ways for logistic companies to increase revenue.
The existing applications didn't have many existing standards with each product owner often deciding how their applications should work and look. This new site which contains standards for style & layout, ui patterns, and content guidelines was a huge win as it's already helping to make the various applications more consistent.
Improved upon existing dispatching application by learning more about some of the existing problems customers were having. I lead the processes of conducting contextual inquiry at various insurance companies, and then co-designed the new experience which simplified dispatcher's existing workflow.
Although a industry leader, the existing portal was dated and not user friendly. Conducted contextual inquiry, worked with customer support center, created a usability analysis, and redesigned screens to improve each user's experience.
Co-led the visual design, contributed to usability testing process, and helped with the front end development. This prototype received very positive reviews during the user testing and was considered a huge improvement over previous system.
