  1. User arrives at one of the following Overview pages:

 2. User fills out a form or choose a specific plan (not always present):

User taken to Authorization page where they can view their charges as well as product details. The user will have to click "Purchase Now" to purchase an items.

The user is then taken to a Confirmation Page

The user can then go back to the Overview page or they go to another product. If they click on "back to overview, they are taken to a Pending page. This page looks similar to the Overview page after it has been provisioned.

Plan Changes

If there are 2 plans available:

  • If the user has the lower plan... the user will only see the "Upgrade Plan" button or link

  • If the user has the higher plan... the user will only see the "Change Plan" button or link

    If there are 3 plans available:

  • If the user has the lowest plan... the user will only see the "Upgrade Plan" button or link

  • If the user has the middle plan...  the user can see the "Upgrade Plan" button or link as well as "Change Plan" button or link

  • If the user has the highest plan... the user can see the "Change Plan" button or link
