Clean Air Counts Campaign (collective effort between the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus, City of Chicago, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region V, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, and the Delta Institute.)
Challenge
The Clean Air Counts campaign was seeking a Web based means for their clients to report their emissions. The new site had to allow their adoptors (their partners) to file their reporting electronically and allow the Clean Air facilitators to reviews the results.

Results
